Basic Information:
The Teatro alla Scala (shortly La Scala) is one of the most famous theaters in the world for over two hundred years has hosted the best artists and was still commissioner of works presented in the opera seasons worldwide. The Museum of the Theater La Scala was officially opened on 8 March 1913 in the former Casino Memories attached to the Teatro alla Scala in a solemn ceremony.
