Probably there is not anybody who did not see Colosseum at least once on the TV. Colosseum is the symbol of Roma and every year here comes millions and millions tourists to see it.
The Colosseum is well known as the Flavian Amphitheater or simply as Amphitheater. It is the most famous Roman Amphitheater and is located in the center of Rome. Capable of seating are 50 000 spectators and with it the theater is the largest, most important and the most imposing monument of ancient Rome that was partially saved to our days.
The Coliseum is the historical center of Rome and it was added to the World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1980. In 2007 the complex was also included among the New Seven Wonders of the world, following a competition organized by New Open World Corporation (NOWC).
Visiting Colosseo you should be prepared to wait in a long queue to visit Colosseum so why it is advised to Buy Ticket Online before from their official web site.

"Roma Pass", valid for 3 days and entitles holders to free admission and no-queue entrance for the first two museums and to free travel throughout Rome.
"Archeologia Card", valid for 7 days and allows you free entry into each of the following sites: Palazzo Massimo, Palazzo Altemps, Crypta Balbi, Terme di Diocleziano (Baths of Diocletian), the Colosseum, the Palatine, Terme di Caracalla (Caracalla Baths), Villa dei Quintili, Mausoleum of Cecilia Metella.
